Total Vacancy : 1 vacancy

Job Location : Pune(Chakan)
Salary : ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,25,000 P.A
Roles and Responsibility:
- To perform Inspection at various stages of Production taking care of Safety & 5S in the Quality Area
Responsibilities:
1. Receipt, in-process & Final inspection: To inspect, and monitor materials as per drawing, Quality Plans & in-process Reports as per frequency.
2. Capable to do Layout inspection of NPD parts.
3. To monitor & maintain instrument handling, verify instrument calibration Stickers on each instrument, Gauges &Relation Gauges.
4. To maintain a record of final & process rejection in DPR & keep control over Physical rejection till its disposal / Rework.
5. Maintain 5S at all Quality Gates & receipt inspection areas as per the responsibilities given. Update Daily Quality gates.
6. To make Kaizens & reports near miss as per the monthly target defined. Maintain trackers of same.
7. Collect data for SPC, Maintain control charts & perform MSA.
8. Maintain Drawings files, Records of Inspection reports. Do Documentation related to IMS, IATF, and BSC standards.
9. Clear the receipt parts, in-process assembly, and final kits in SAP.
Technical Skills for Tata AutoComp Recruitment 2023:
1. Required good Knowledge of Instruments.
2. Knowledge of Drawing & GD & T symbols.
3. Knowledge of SPC & MSA.
4. Knowledge of 5S & Quality gates.
5. Basic Knowledge of IMS, IATF & BSC.

1. Rig Testing:
a) To carry out the fatigue-related test
b) To handle the Rig test machine independently
c) To do maintenance of the Rig test machine
d) Handle expansion of the Rig Test facility
e) Develop customized tools for the Rig Test facility
f) To look after the total installation and commissioning of the New Test RIG
g) To implement total test plan NPD from component availability, fixture development, test to results
h) Rig-level validation of suspension parts, sub-assembly, assembly, and system
2. Testing & Validation Fixture Design & development
a.) To facilitate the design & fabrication of fixture components for testing of components or systems on the rig.
b.) To look after the communization of fixtures
3. To ensure Manpower development
a) To schedule manpower according to work in proper shifts
b) To ensure effective utilization of manpower
c) To look after the safety issue of manpower and ensure proper discipline among them
4. To ensure Testing & Validation of suspensions and parts
a) Data analysis in terms of damage correlation and development DVP for life prediction
b) Update the design team with the results of the above activities to enable them to fine-tune the designs.
